The Blue Hall and Wine Cellar have fixed music systems that are included in the rental fee. If you need other technology or equipment, we can help you review the options.
Yes, you choose where the food and drinks come from. We work with Australian Festservice and Bara Vara, who offer catering menus tailored to our events, but it is also possible to choose another supplier.
Our kitchen can be used for heating and handling food, but not for cooking.
Each room includes a table and chairs, as well as access to a kitchen with glass and porcelain tableware. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker, and coffee maker.
What else is included varies between locations. On the respective location page you will find more information about the equipment and facilities of the location.
The courtyard can be used in conjunction with events in the Blue Hall and Wine Cellar. Only part of the courtyard is accessible to guests.
The ability to book the venue the day before depends on availability and other bookings. If you need extra time for, for example, preparations or decoration, you can book the venue for an additional cost.
On weekdays, the party can continue and music can be played until 00:00, and on weekends until 01:00. The venue must be vacated no later than one hour after closing time.
Cleaning is an additional cost. Dishwashing and garbage disposal are not included in the cleaning service; you are responsible for them before leaving the premises.
Yes, white linen sheets, napkins in various colors, and white chair covers are available for rent as an optional add-on to your event.
Yes, we can assist with staff based on the needs of the event. Staff needs to be booked well in advance and booked for at least four hours. Availability may be limited, especially during holidays, and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
